Ingredients
8.0 cup Central Market organics free range chicken broth low sodium 4 cups per container1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 clove Garlic2.5 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook chicken) Chicken Thigh1.0 medium Summer Squash2.0 cup, sliced Zucchini4.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw3.0 cup, diced Celery, cooked3.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh1.0 Grams Bay Leaf5.0 carrot Carrots, cooked
Directions
Saute onion garlic....move to side of pan. Saute chicken till brown not cooked. Remove from pan. Saute all thick cut veggies in same oil. Add back chicken and sauteed onion/garlic. Add bouillon and chicken broth. S and P. Bay leaves. Cover all day on very low heat.
