4 serving Steamed Six bean meadly .5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 cup Campbell's Tomatoe Soup 1 can Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added 1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen 3 serving Tumeric - 1 tsp (by FREWTYL) 5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers

Sauté cabbage onions celery
Mix everything together add salt/pepper anything you like
Boil
