Medley of Mushrooms soup

1 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added) 3.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Oyster Mushrooms (by GEORGEVW) 1 cup mushroom, cremini (by GLAUCKENSTUCK) 1.5 serving portobello mushroom (1 C sliced = 121 g) 1 serving Garlic Scapes - 1/2 cup (by SARAMROBERTS)
Put cashews into blender and grind to fine meal. Add 1 cup of the water and blend for 1 minute. Add about half of the mushrooms and blend. Add the rest of the water and the rest of the mushrooms and blend until smooth. Add garlic scapes and blend for about 2 minutes. Pour into pot and heat until about 105 degrees F. Place in bowls and garnish with chopped scapes and mushroom bits.
