Ingredients
200 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 0.064 cup Brown Rice, long grain 1 tbsp Fish Sauce 1 small (3" long) Scallions, raw 2 serving Fresh chopped mint leaves, 2 tablespoons (by TRACEYHUNT) 2 tbsp Coriander leaf, dried 0.25 lemon yields Lemon Juice 3 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Cut the chicken in very small peaces (1/2 cm) and cook eat on medium heat in a non sticking pan.
Add all the other ingredients. Eat it right away !!
