Fresh tomato corn avacado summer salad

Ingredients
2 ear, large (7-3/4" to 9" long) Sweet Corn, Fresh 10 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med 2 serving Avacado (Whole) 2 clove Garlic 100 grams Cilantro, raw 4 oz Trader Joe's Light String Cheese Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Cube tomatoes and avacado ( firm avacado) and cut cooked corn from cob. Dice up cilantro and mince garlic and add to bowel. Squeeze lime over salad and add about 1/2 cup olive oil, salt an pepper, add mozzarella balls or cubes and mix. Taste
