1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Chili powder 0.5 tsp Tony Chachere''s "More Spice" Seasoning 1 tbsp French''s Crispy Fried Onions 1 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz 1 serving Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium & Vitamins (Soft), 1 Tbsp 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.5 tbsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise) 1 tsp Basil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix dry spices thoroughly in small bowl.
Trim chicken breast of any fat.
Lightly coat chicken with extra virgin olive oil.
Lightly sprinkle dry mix on chicken.
Mix in extra virgin olive oil, mayonnaise and butter into remaining dry mix. Set wet mix aside.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Spread wet mix over top of chicken breast.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Crumble fried onions on top of chicken.
Pair with steamed vegetables and starch of your choice.
Enjoy.
