2 cup Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry) 2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat 2 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 2 tbsp Pyure organic stevia blend sweetner (by IMFINALLYHAPPY) 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 tsp Baking Powder 2 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 1 gram(s) MCT Oil (Bulletproof) Brain Octane 1T=15g Caprylic Acid (coconut and/or palm kernel)
preheat to 350. Blend oats until flour. Add everything else except blueberries & blend well. Fold in blueberries. Coat 9x13 with MCT oil spray. Pour and bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.
