Creamy One Pot Pasta

Ingredients
4 large garlic cloves1 jar of sun dried tomatoes in oil, undrained ( drain before addes to pot and pat dry)3 cans (14.5 oz) chicken broth1 lb. penne pasta, uncooked1 head of broccoli chopped2 med. carrots chopped4 oz cream cheesesalt & pepper to taste(opt.) 2 cans Tyson Chicken Parmeasean cheese chopped fresh basil
Directions
Thinly slice garlic cloves and brown in 1 T of oil from the sun dried tomatoes. Addd Chicken broth and bring to a boil, add pastaand cook until done. Add broccoli, carrots and tomatoes and heat on low. Add cream chees cut into chunks, salt, pepper and fresh basil (opt.) until cheese melets and the dish is creamy and thinck. I also add 2 cans of Tyson chicken.
