Ingredients
16.0 oz alligator meat4.0 tbsp Olive Oil1.5 cup Rotel diced tomatoes & green chillies0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper0.5 tsp Curry powder0.5 tsp Salt0.25 tsp Cumin seed0.25 tsp Paprika0.25 tsp Garlic powder0.12 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne0.12 tsp Allspice0.12 tbsp Chili powder0.12 tsp Coriander leaf, dried0.06 tsp Cardamom, ground0.06 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.06 tsp Ginger, ground
Directions
Cut alligator into bite size pieces. In a small bowl add spices together, mix well. Drizzle 1 Tbsp oil over meat add seasonings and massage together until well coated. Add 1Tbsp oil to pot and bring to medium heat. Add meat and brown, then add veggies and Rotel. Cook covered 30-40 min. Stirring occasionally.
