Skinny Hummus

Ingredients
1 can Chick Peas (19 oz can)1 whole lemon, peeled1-3 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp mixed lemon or greek seasoningdash tabascoSalt & pepper3 large Pitas cut into chip sized pieces
Directions
Cut lemon in half and then cut off peel with sharp knife, then chop into big pieces.
Puree, mash or grind chick peas and lemon to a paste ( I like to run it through my grinder, takes seconds)
Press or mince garlic and stir in
Dash in seasonings and mix
Eat with pita peices
