Smoked Salmon Salad lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1 avocado1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley 1 tbsp sherry vinegar1/2 lemon juiced and zest1 tbsp olive oil Ground black pepper to taste4 leafs bib lettuce 1/4c chopped onion6 oz Smoked Salmon (lox)
Directions
In a small bowl whisk dill, parsley, vinegar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and black pepper and sherry vinegar to taste.

Mix in salmon lox and onions.

Mash avocado with a fork.

Asemble with bib lettuce, and garnish with a lemon wedge
