Chinese Rice

Ingredients
6.75 cups cooked brown rice1 tsp ginger1Tbsp Splenda4Tbsp Soy Sauce3.75 cups frozen stir fry vegetables1 sweet onion chopped1 green bell pepper chopped
Directions
-Cook rice according to directions.
-Spray fry pan with Pam and saute onion, green pepper, garlic until tender
-Add soy sauce, ginger, Splenda and frozen vegetables
-Cook until heated through, stir frequently
-Add cooked rice
-Mix thoroughly and heat through
-Can add 2 scrambled eggs but that will increase calories (I did not add them, it is yummy though)

-Makes 9 (1 1/3 cup) servings
