Potato Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
8 oz raw Salmon1/2 cup mashed potato flakes, dehydrated1 tbsp cornstarchVarious spices1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Mix potato flakes and cornstarch together. Add whatever spices you like and mix well. Coat salmon in potato mixture. Heat olive oil over medium heat in skillet. Add salmon and cook approximately 3 min per side. Drain on paper towels and serve. Serves 2.
