6 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 large Egg white, fresh .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tsp Garlic 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese .75 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A .25 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black .25 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Mix eggs, whites, milk, salt, pepper and cheddar cheese.
Cook sausage, onion, pepper, garlic.
Put sausage mix in baking dish, pour egg mix over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
