2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)0.5 cup Mushrooms, canned1.0 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded4.0 large Egg white, fresh2.0 serving Hashbrown Potato patties (1 patty)0.5 cup 2% milk6.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Line dish with Hash brown patties. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over Potato patties and Bake for 45 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked. Serving Size: 2 servings
