Shrimp Boil Hobo Dinner

Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 cup diced Potato, raw1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini8.0 large Shrimp, cooked1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil90.0 gram(s) Corn on the Cob, Sweet Corn, Medium Ear0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini1.0 serving Aidells Cajun Style Andouille Smoked Pork Sausage 1 link
Directions
Spices I used, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, truffle dust, Tony's Creole Seasoning, salt & pepper. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. I put all the veggies in a bowl with a splash of olive oil and added my spices. Then dumped on tge bottom of the my foil packet. I did par boil my potatoes. Then i splashed my shrimp with olive oil & added seasonings, then arranged on top of the veggies. I peeled the shrimp before cooking and removed casing from the Andouille Sausage before cooking. I sliced the sausage and placed at the side of the veggies. Added dots of the T of butter on top and closed it up!!! Cook 20/25 minutes. Serving Size: Mix in one big foil packet or 2 smaller ones
