9 serving Fit & Active 100% Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas 40 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw 2 cup Salsa 4 cup Cheese - Fit & Active 2% Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese (Made with 2% Milk) 2 cup Fareway Seasoning Blend (Red & Green Peppers, Onion, Celery, & Parsley) 8 tsp Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend Fiesta Lime (by JEAN_W_1960)
Cook ground pork in a large skillet. Once the pork is mostly cooked, add seasoning blend vegetables and Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking oil spray. Cut tortillas to fit the pan (3 whole, 3 cut in 1/2, and 3 cut in 1/4). Layer: tortillas, meat, salsa, cheese, tortillas, meat, salsa, cheese tortillas cheese. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime over the cheese every layer. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
