Turkey Taco's with a soft shell

Ingredients
24 Corn Tortillas1 (19.2 oz) package Honeysuckle White Extra Lean Ground Turkey1 pkg Old El Paso Reduced Sodium Taco Seasoning4 tomatoes1 head iceberg lettuce24 Tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Cook turkey in frying pan. Add taco seasoning and cook as per instructions on package.

Chop tomatoes, shred lettuce.

In 1 corn tortilla, place small amount (about 1.5 tbsp) of prepared turkey. Add tomatoes and lettuce, 1 tbsp salsa, 1.3 tbsp cheese.

Enjoy.

Serves 24.

This would be even lower in calories if you use low fat cheese.
