Spicey Turkey Soup

Ingredients
I lb. ground turkey browned1 large onion chopped1 green pepper seeded and chopped1 red pepper seeded and chopped1 cup chopped mushrooms1 Zuchinni chopped 2 stalks celery sliced1/2 Eggplant peeled and chopped1 cup baby carrots chopped1 can water chestnuts sliced1 can chili beans1 can rotel tomatoes1 large (or 2 reg sized) canned diced tomatoes1 can green chilies choppedgarlic to tastechili powder to taste2 Tbsp Beef boullion
Directions
Brown turkey, add chopped and canned veggies,
add about 2 quarts water or more to taste, add spices and simmer for about 30 min.
