36 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck (1.5lbs)24 oz Ground Pork (1lb)3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup (sub. Coconut flour or pork cracklings )0.35 cup, sliced Onions, raw 2 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 0.5 cup Butter, salted 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 cloves of fresh garlic2tbs of Italian seasoning 1tsp of onion powder1tbs of garlic powder1tsp of black pepper And any other seasonings of your liking I added 2 teaspoons of Himalayan Pink Salt
Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 22 mins or until cooked through
Pan fry over medium heat turning at least twice until brown and cooked through.
