12 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 oz Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat 0.25 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned 8 serving El Pollo Loco, 4.5 corn tortilla 1 cup La Victoria Enchilada Sauce 4 tbsp Great Value Low Fat Sour Cream
Directions
Boil chicken then shred. Mix chicken with 1/2 cheese, green chilis, and 1/2 enchilada sauce
