Ingredients
12 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 4 tbsp Ortega taco seasoning mix 0.05 serving Great Value - Mild Shredded Cheddar Cheese 4 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 2 cup, shredded or chopped Iceberg Lettuce (salad) 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 0 serving Avacado (Whole) 1 cup, sliced Jalapeno Peppers 4 tbsp Daisy Sour Cream 1 cup Salsa
Directions
Boil peppers until soft, Cook taco meat, stuff in peppers add 1/8 c cheese per pepper and bake at 375 for 10 min. Add desired toppings ( calorie count includes all toppings)
