4 oz wild caught pink Salmon fillet 1 tsp Fresh minced Garlic (by MARINAM1984) 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 0.25 tsp Black Pepper, Freshly Ground (by MEJ168) 0.25 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
Directions
Squeeze lemon juice into bowl add garlic, pepper and salt mix well, Lay salmon filet into bowl refrigerate for at least an half hour . Heat grill to medium cook thoroughly
