Fiber One Brownie Oat Cookie

Ingredients
1/3 cup whole wheat flour1/3 cup crushed fiber one1/3 cup sugar or splenda1 cup quick cooking rolled oats1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt, (optional)1 each powdered egg substitute, (11/2 tsp. mixed with 3 TBSwater)1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix egg replacer, vanilla and syrup. In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients, make a well, add liquid and stir till moistened.
On a spritzed baking sheet, form approx. 2 dozen cookies. Bake at 350F for about 10 minutes Cool on sheet/wire rack for 5/5 minutes.

    Not bad, but a little dry. I had to add a little more egg and more applesauce. In directions it says to add syrup, but there is no syrup listed in ingredients. My 2 year old son loved them though! He thought they were donuts:) - 1/24/10
