Oriental Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
4 Salmon fillets, 4 oz.2 T Apple Cider vinegar2 T soy sauce1 T honey1 T canola oil1 tsp spicy brown mustard1/8 tsp ground ginger
Directions
Place salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over fillets. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Grill fillets on medium to low heat for 3 - 5 minutes each side. Makes 4 servings.
