1.0 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 cup raw zuchini1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.12 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)1.0 clove Garlic
I dice bacon raw and put into a non stick pan cook until it starts brown. Mean time I slice zuchinni,mushrooms,dice onion and fine dice or grate fresh garlic clove. Once bacon is turning I add all the !veggies I cook these until the mushrooms turn a little brown. Then transfer to a smaller nonstick. Once in smaller nonstick. In a bowl I scramble my raw eggs and then pour these over the veggie mix. I proceed to cook in this little pan, I cover and let finish cooking until egg is set. Cut in half a place on to plates. Enjoy!
