24 oz Beef, top sirloin 224 gram(s) fresh mushrooms Monterey brand 2 serving Chopped onion 1/2 cup 0.25 tsp hot chili peppers, dried (by MIMIMAMA8) 12 tsp C & H Golden Brown Sugar 4 oz Simply Orange 100% Orange Juice - Grove Made (High Pulp) 4 tbsp San-J reduced sodium soy sauce 3 tbsp Cider Vinegar 1 tbsp Cornstarch (1 Tbsp is 8 grams) 3 tsp Ginger Root 1 tbsp Orchi Sesame oil 2 tsp Minced Garlic in water 108 gram(s) Green Giant Sugar Snap Peas (fresh)85grams=1 1/3 cup 1 tbsp orange zest
PLace beef in a 4qt slow cooker. Add sliced mushrooms, onion and chilies. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, ginger, oil and garlic. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or until meat is tender, adding snow peas during last 30 minutes of cooking. Stir in orange zest at the end. Serves well over rice.
