Feather Salad

Ingredients
14 oz brussels sprouts, raw (1 oz) (by BBAKSA) 8 oz Radish, Fresh 8 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 2 clove Garlic 4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 oz Parmesan Cheese, hard
Directions
Carefully shave the sprouts, radishes, scallions (or a shallot), and garlic paper thin with a mandoline slicer, then toss together with the remaining ingredients and plenty of salt and pepper.

Serving Size: Makes 8-10 servings as a side or 4-6 (2 servings) as a base for a dinner salad.
