Lunchtime Main Course Salad

Ingredients
1 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce 1/3 cup, sliced Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 oz Matchstick Carrots 1/3 cup shredded Cabbage, red, fresh 1/8 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, no salt or oil 8 Almonds 1/8 cup craisins 1/4 cup, sliced Onions, raw 2 oz Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, firm 2 oz Sabra Guacamole classic singles 1/3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash Original Blend 1/8 cup Soy Milk
Directions
Plate the 1st 8 ingredients as follows: cover the plate with romaine, sprinkle the romaine with the peppers, etc. Place the last 5 ingredients in the food processor; combine for 1 minute, then allow to run while you add soy milk until you get the consistency you prefer for dressing. Optional: garnish with 8-12 chickpeas.

Serving Size: Makes 1 big serving! (or 2 smaller)
