Ingredients
1.0 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen1.0 package (9 oz) Artichokes, frozen4.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A0.25 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour into muffin tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°.
