400 grams Wheat bran, crude 8 cup Buttermilk 632 grams Canola Oil 8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1264 grams Brown Sugar 20 grams Vanilla Extract 1320 grams Flour, white 45 grams Baking Soda 35 grams Baking Powder 25 grams Salt
Sift dry ingredients, measure wet ingredients. Combine and mix until all dry ingredients are wet. Allow mix to stand for 1 hour.
Pre-heat oven to 325', scoop mix into muffin cups and bake roughly 45 minutes to 50 minutes
