Ground Buffalo Burgers with Bacon

Ground bison (buffalo), 4 serving ( 4 oz ) Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, 4 serving Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cupLea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped Garlic, 3 tsp Cilantro, raw, .5 tbsp
Sauté onion, garlic, brown turkey bacon and chop. Cool, mix with ground buffalo and egg substitute, Worcestershire and cilantro. Form into 4 patties. Salt and pepper to taste.
We love to grill these, but they can be broiled or fried with non-stick spray.

only complaint is that they fall apart while trying to cook....will try to freeze next time though! thanks for the info! - 8/25/08

Really? I have never had that problem of them falling apart. I do usually make them up ahead of time and freeze them and than just put them on the grill frozen.
