Cheesy Chili Spaghetti Squash Casserole

4 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork 8 tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild 4 cup Spaghetti Squash 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted .75 cup Sour Cream 1.75 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
Prick holes in whole squash, then roast in 350 oven for 1 hr and 20 minutes. Cool, cut and scrape out seeds. Shred the rest with a fork. Put in the bottom of a large casserole dish and toss with 2 T. butter. Next cook sausage till done, break up into bite size pieces. Once brown, add salsa and simmer 5 minutes. Top squash with 1 cup cheese and then sour cream. Add sausage mixture but leave a 1" border of squash. Top with remaining sour cream and bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes or until heated through.
