Paula's homemade pizza

Ingredients
1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 2 Tbspn Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil .75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tsp Sugar In The Raw .5 tsp Salt 1 serving Spaghetti sauce, tomato basil, Meijer Organics (6 serv/jar) (by SLIMKATIE) 4 oz slotkowski smoked polish sausage polska kelbasa (by SEESHELLA) 24 slice (1-3/8" dia x 1/8" thick Pepperoni .25 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 8 jumbo Black Olives 8 serving Meijer Low Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese (by GRBELCHER)
Directions
combine flour, sugar, salt in a bowl. Add to water the sugar and mix till dissolved, stir in yeast and allow to foam up. Prep the rest of ingredients, such as slice sausage. dice onions, chop ham, slice olives, and keep separate until dough is ready.

Once yeast is foamed up then add this and oil to flour mixture, stir till dough starts to get stiff, then kneed this on a floured surface until smooth (not sticky), just keep adding a hand full of flour until stickiness is gone. Place in a oiled bowl, flip to coat other side, cover with plastic wrap or moist towel and place in a place to double in size, about 1/2 hour.

Once its has doubled in size punch down, and place on oiled pizza pan dusted with corn meal. Let rest for 10 minutes, then spread out dough over pan. Top with your favorite toppings, starting with the sauce, then meats, veggies, and last the cheese.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until crust is done to your liking. I like my a light brown some like darker, so its up to you how long you cook it.
