1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
.75 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving)
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
1 serving Sugar Snap Peas, Raw ` edible-podded, raw [Snowpeas, Sugar snap peas] 10 pea pods 34g
1.5 cup Wegmans Fresh Bean Sprouts (by TOASTRUN)
56 gram Squash, Summer (Zucchini & Yellow) 1 cup
Brown onions and peppers in frypan. Push to side and add ground beef. Cook until done. Lower heat and add all other ingredients and cover until tender.
