Ingredients
9 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw .75 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 serving Sugar Snap Peas, Raw ` edible-podded, raw [Snowpeas, Sugar snap peas] 10 pea pods 34g 1.5 cup Wegmans Fresh Bean Sprouts (by TOASTRUN) 56 gram Squash, Summer (Zucchini & Yellow) 1 cup
Directions
Brown onions and peppers in frypan. Push to side and add ground beef. Cook until done. Lower heat and add all other ingredients and cover until tender. Serving Size: Makes 3 servings
