1 tbsp Pepper, black 2 tbsp Thyme, ground 2 tbsp Rosemary 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1.43 Garlic 2 large Onions, raw 5 sprigs Parsley 1500 Crushed Tomatoes 4 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 28.3 grams Tomato Paste

Cut following ingredients into small dices. In a sauce pan sauté vegetables in 2oz of canola oil, until soft. Add herbs, spices, crushed tomatoes and paste
