Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese, 8 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream,1.5 cups water, 2 cups Berries, frozen,50 grams Broccoli, fresh or frozen ,50 grams Carrots fresh or frozen ,50 grams Spinach, fresh or frozen,1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax),
Directions
Put the cream cheese, whipping cream, and water into a large blender. Add the other ingredients mixing until smooth.
