Oatmeal Yogurt Muffins

200g (7oz) Plain flour1.5 tsp baking powder0.5 tsp salt85g (3oz) rolled oats240ml (8fl oz) plain yogurt1 tsp bicarbonate of soda1 egg, beaten140g (5oz) light brown soft sugar120ml (4fl oz) milk90ml (3fl oz) vegetable oil85g (3oz) raisins
Preheat oven to 375-400F, 190-200C, Gas 5-6
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt
In a separate bowl, mix together oats, yogurt and bicarbonate of soda. Leave to stand for a minute, it will rise! Add the egg, milk, sugar and oil.
Add wet mixture to dry incredients and stir/fold gently until combined. Add raisins at the end of the mixing.
Put in muffin cases/tin
Put in oven for 20-25 minutes.
