Healthy veggie soup

Ingredients
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw, diced3 cloves Garlic, finely diced .33 cup Lentils, rinsed .33 cup Barley, pearled, raw, rinsed 1- 16 oz bag frozen Garden Vegetables 2 cups, sliced Zucchini, slice blade in processor 1-16 oz can Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 0.5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend .25 tsp Coriander leaf, dried
Directions
No sauteeing necessary! Use large stock pot, boil 2 quarts of water. Add onions, garlic, lentils & barley, let cook on small to medium flame for 1/2 hr. Next add rest of ingredients, let cook for another 1/2 hr. (I usually cook longer for a more cooked in texture).
