4 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, cooked, unenriched 1 cup Tomato Sauce 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 224 gram(s) Beef - GV Extra Lean Ground Beef - 96% Lean - 4% Fat - 4oz(112g) 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Chili powder
Bring macaroni to full boil. Boil for two minutes. Cover, remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Drain.
Cook ground beef with peppers and onions until brown and crumbly and water evaporated. Drain if desired. Add one can of tomato sauce, garlic powder, chili powder and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add cooked macaroni, stir well and simmer until sauce thickens and coats macaroni.
