This was delicious! The blueberries were sweet but still tangy. It makes you feel decadent, while still being pretty good. - 6/28/08

I had altered another recipe of mine when I made it and it did turn out great but I had substituted honey for the sugars and forgot to change that on the recipe. I have corrected it now.

We really enjoyed this. Used 1/2 portion of butter rather than smart balance, but it was very tasty. Will enjoy again. - 8/8/11

What is smart balance, I looked it up and it could be oil, eggs, butter, milk? Kinda new to this. - 7/22/10

Smart balance is a butter substitute. There are others out there like promise but I look for the ones that have healthier oils. It would really be richer with butter but this is a much healthier alternative.

How can this be considered sugar-free with over 200 calories? Maybe, no added sugar would be better. - 8/18/09

Very easy to make, looked delicious. However, I brought it to my chiropractor's office, so I didnot get to taste it. I will get the reviews next week when I go back. - 6/30/08

I love how you used honey as the sweetener! I can't wait to make this! I made Blueberry Buckle while growing up on a farm, but we used lots of sugar in it. I'm sure this is much better! Thanks! - 6/30/08
