Coconut Flour Tortillas

Ingredients
4 tbsp Arrowhead Mills organic coconut flour (by M54708) 8 serving Egg white, large .25 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Mix in 8 egg whites with 1/4 cup of coconut flower add 10 tablespoons of water and seasons as you like.

Batter should be runny, a little thicker than water

pour into frying pan make sure to coat the pan with oil or cooking spray. Make sure its only a thin coat.
