Ingredients
1 cup Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes (1 serving = 1/3 cup) 3 tbsp Maple Syrup 10.67 tbsp Bell Plantation PB2 1 oz Raw cocoa nibs (by NDWANNABE) 1 serving liquid stevia (5 drops) (by GOODHEALTH08) .333 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 5.333 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
Directions
mix all ingredients, push into a 4x8 tub and refrigerate for a few hours. Slice into 8 bars, store in fridge.
