.50 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" lon Celery, raw 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 container, individual Ramen Noodles, chicken flavor (1 serving, 1/2 package)
Cut up cabbage, celery, sweet pepper. Place oil in skillet. Add veggies and saute until veggies soft and succulent, add chicken. Boil ramen noodles 3 minutes. Mix with ingredients in skillet. Serve. Makes 6 1/2 cup servings. Can use kikkoman sauce, etc.
