Oatmeal Cookies with Walnuts & Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh, mashed2 cup Cereal Quaker Oatmeal Reg 1/2c dry = 150cals (40g) Old Fashioned Oats Whole Grain Regular 0.5 cup, packed Raisins 7 tbsp Butter, unsalted, melted1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 8 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 0.25 tsp Salt 0.5 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour 0.5 cup, chopped Walnuts 6 tsp Splenda Mix all ingredients together. Spread into a pan 7 inches x 11inches to 1/2 inch thick. If pan is too large, don’t worry, mix is stiff enough to stay put.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a pan 7” x 11”. Bake for 35-40 minutes in center rack. Check at 20 minutes and at each 10 minutes after. Cool on rack in pan. Cut into portions. Keep in air tight containers in refrigerator or freezer. Serving Size: Makes 30 servings
