12 tbsp Coconut Butter2 Tbsp Coconut Oil2 Tbsp cocoa powder, Hersheys Special Dark, unsweetened 2 Tbsp MCT oil 1/2 tsp peppermint extract 5 drops liquid stevia (or to taste), or equivelant
Mix all coconut butter with 1 Tbsp of coconut oil, 1 Tbsp MCT oil and peppermint extract. Sweeten to taste with stevia or your preferred no sugar no carb sweetener. Pour evenly into ice cube tray (or any mold you like), place in fridge (or freezer) until solid. Then take remaining coconut oil and MCT oil along with cocoa powder, and mix well. Add stevia to desired sweetness. Take the first step out of the fridge (or freezer) and divide the chocolate evenly over them. Return to fridge (or freezer) until solid, then transfer to container for storage.
