Citrusy Mega Fat Bomb!

Ingredients
4 oz Kerigolds Irish butter 4 oz Coconut Oil1 oz Isopure Carb Free Protein Powder - Unflavored 1 box Jello - Sugar Free - any Citrus flavor
Directions
Prepare a silicone baking mold by placing it on a cookie sheet (for stability) BEFORE you begin with ingredients.
Get a large bowl of ice water, with enough space for the medium bowl (they will be nesting one inside the other) your ingredients will be in. Also helpful is cutting half way through a paper plate with a narrow oval in the center (kind of like a keyhole shape) to put over your mixers' beaters, the oil/butter will splatter!

Gently warm butter and oil in the smaller bowl in the microwave, till liquid with a few small solid pieces (not boiling). Stir until it's all melted, then move to the fridge till slightly cooler but not solidifying yet. Once cooler than room temp, add the protein powder (1/2 scoop) and Jello packet. Place the smaller bowl into the larger bowl of ice water and begin mixing with the 'keyhole paper plate' to prevent splatters. As the temp lowers it will begin to gel, be careful not to take it too cool or you'll have to microwave to melt again! Stop mixer every once in a while, till mixture makes thin loose ribbons, oil and butter are staying together with Jello, and drips disappear quickly. Now it's time to transfer to your prepared mold (on cookie sheet), easiest to use a Tablespoon measure. Move quickly as it will be setting fast! When done place tray in fridge 2 hours, or freezer 30 minutes. Store in a plastic food storage bag in the fridge.
