Ingredients
16 oz Hambuger (Ground Round) Lean 90% Lean (10%) Fat (by LJDOYLE1) 5.5 oz Pork Chops - Pork Loin Boneless Center Cut Butterfly (WalMart) 1 full butterfly chop 4 cup diced Potato, raw 1 cup diced rutabagas 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Peel and put rutabaga and potatoes in a sauce pan. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Drain. Mix well with rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 pan covered with tin foil. Bake for 1 hour or until meat is cooked and veggies are soft.
