2.25 cup wheatberries,dry (by MDSCINCI) 2 tsp active dry yeast (by SHIRHPP) 4.5 cup Flour, whole grain 3 tsp Salt .25 cup Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp Honey 16 tbsp *Flax Seed 1.5 cup Sunflower Seeds, with salt added 2 cup Milk, SO Delicious Coconut Milk, unsweetened, 1 cup serving 8 fl oz Regular Beer 2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Mix all dry ingredients (except yeast) & seeds together. Add honey & yeast to 110 degree heated water. Let sit for 10 minutes til foamy. Add foamy water mixture, beer, and coconut milk to dry ingredients and mix. Cover & let sit at least 8 hours, 24 hours is better. (will not be like regular bread dough - spongier) Place dough in (2 regular-sized, 1 extra large) buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 110-120 mins. Important!: Remove when thermometer reads 205F. Let cool, then slice (with meat slicer if you have one.)
