Ingredients
36.0 oz Pork - No Name Boneless Pork Loin Chops4.0 oz Fage 0% Greek yogurt12.0 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)60.0 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
Directions
Mix together the greek yogurt, dijon mustard and your choice of seasonings. (I used a dash of each: salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, sage and paprika)set aside. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and brush with dijon yogurt mixture. Lightly coat with panko crumbs. Bake at 375 for 40 mins or until internal temp of 150° is achieved.
